This place it great!!!! My puppy has really bad allergies and was rubbing his eyes and scratching his ears until they bled. They vet checked him out and they let us know what the options were. He laid out multiple different ones and explained pros and cons as well as what they were going to cost. So I was able to make an informed decision for what would be best for my dog and my pocket. With both an allergy med and an antibiotic with the exam I paid under 300. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. I'm going back with my cat and with continue to bring both my pet. Thank you pet well for helping us we so appreciate it!...more

To whom this will concern:
I had a situation that needed my LOVED dog to be seen by a veterinarian. After calling around all the prior day, I was told by another in the profession to call this and get to wonderful place.
While calling around prior I was told different things from surrendering my LOVED (child) pet - many hundreds of Dollars some of this was due to not having an appointment available and new pet to vet better off at emergency Veterinary. I didn't have that luxury. Infact I had many obstacles blocking my path to get care that was needed. PetWellClinic made it possible for Us to be seen, treated right then and there. They were caring gentle compassionate just to name a few.
Bottom line is this place was available open and available for care. Give them your business. Help them stay open for the next time when someone with limitations like I had and needed to be seen. The business model with no appointment necessary is a needed option on a larger scale. So Go Here you won't be disappointed....more

I have been here a couple times now and it is hands down the best experience I have had with a vets office. It feels clean, doesn’t have that weird old vet office smell, the stuff greeted me and my dog right away and got us back into an exam room. The vet was thorough and good at explaining the options. My dogs suffered with skin allergies for 8 years with very little relief and this is the first vet that ran samples under the microscope and discovered we need to treat a yeast infection rather than bacteria. I've been a Banfield member for years for my 3 frenchies. One of them got a burr in his ear that I couldn't get out . Called Banfield to get him in immediately. They said they were too busy and to come back in a day or two . Told them that was unacceptable. They had me try another location . Also same response but called me back with a cancelation and to come in at 3pm.
When I got there doc looked and said he couldn't get it and to come back in am to put him under to get it @ $400.
I then thought of PetWellClinic. Called them and got in immediately. Chloe checked me in immediately and saw Dr. Kimberly
She had an old school trick to apply. It immediately helped .She gave him a local and washed it out .Told me to let it sit overnight. Came back in next day and it was almost completely gone . He wasn't in any pain or discomfort from that evening on . Cancelled the procedure with Banfield in the am .
Now I'm going to cancel all 3 Banfield plans .when I needed them in an emergency they didn't care.
The staff at petwell was friendly and very attentive. Dr. Kimberly was awesome. What a great place .Customer forever .......more

Fast, friendly, and affordable. They position themselves as “light” veterinary care but it sounds like they do everything my regular vet does. If you need surgery you’ll need to go elsewhere but thankfully it’s been rare our pets have required this....more

My experience at PetWellClinic was the best vet visit I’ve ever had. At a time of day when most vets are already closed, I was able to just walk in and there was no wait. They heard what was going on with my pup, had so much empathy and concern for what we were going through, took me right in to have her examined, explained everything in a way I can understand, were honest, and charged me a reasonable fee for the exam and meds. Dr Beth and the techs were so kind and caring to both me and my pup. The clinic is spotless and doesn’t smell like most vet offices. I also really appreciate the opportunity to text them when I have questions. They replied right away which helped me avoid a second trip to the clinic. I‘m so grateful to have found this place!...more

100% Recommend!! So great having an affordable walk-in clinic nearby! They took such great care of my pup, he was having super bad allergies and they got him started on some meds and I'm already seeing results as he's not itching anymore. I was in and out the door with no appointment in under an hour and for WAY Less than my regular Vet! It was super clean too and smelled great! Staff was super friendly and loving towards my shy pup as well! Love this place!! Will definitely be back and cannot recommend enough!!...more
